Having car issues is such a stressful experience. You never know when you are going to run into a shop that is going to try to get every penny out of you. I went to Carl's because a friend recommended them. I am so glad they did, because this experience was nothing but amazing. This shop knows their stuff and they didn't try to hackle anything. Their cost were fair and there was no hidden fees. They took care of all of the issues I was having plus some. It's like I am driving a new car even though it has 160k miles. I am beyond satisfied with the work that they did, their customer service, their timeliness, and their costs if repair. I will never go to another mechanic other than Carl's even for oil changes for as long as I am in Arizona. Carl's thank you for everything you won a customer for life! ♥️
